Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at [Store Name]. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

All orders are processed within [X–X] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please note: Because we work with various global suppliers to bring you the best prices, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. 

E-techshop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team at rohankohli473@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
